Rules:
Must be an animal Role play site.
You must be either the admin or site representative.
Your banner should be no taller than 31 pixels.
If it is, it will be resized.
**NO ADVERTISING IN YOUR POST. Do not ask people to join, do not say 'please check it out', do not advertise at all.
